Windows X-Lite 'Ultimate 11 Neon' v2 - History in the making!
Some of you may have noticed when I originally announced this release, It was
based on Windows 11 22H2 OS Build 22621.2359, the same OS Build I used for
Exceptional 11 v3, and Optimum 11 Home v2.
Well, that has all changed, as Microsoft has just released their first release preview / public
channel build for 23H2! So I'm taking advantage of the opportunity, and decided to completely
redo this release from the ground up using the 23H2 OS Build as the base for this exciting new release.
If you are familiar with the original 'Ultimate 11 Neon' Release, this one (version 2) strongly
follows suit, but brings with it the many new changes and features that come with Windows 11
version 23H2, plus many additions, refinements, improvements, and optimizations.
This release is historical, as it will be the first Windows X-Lite release based on a public / release
preview build of Windows 11 23H2! The future is here! And it's looking good!
